    Volunteer Registration

    Opportunities

    Hole Sponsor Sales (Pre-tournament)
    Approx. Time: Hole Sponsor Sales are open/available from October - June
    Hole sponsorships are the heart of our fundraising. These sponsorships are what allow us to maximize our fundraising for our First Responder Fund. Volunteers will help acquire hole sponsorships by talking to businesses, organizations and any others that may be interested in purchasing a $100 hole sponsor sign. These signs can have a company logo, an individual/family name or can be in memory/honor of a First Responder. 

    Player Cart Setup (2 volunteers)
    Approx. Time: 8:15-9:00am

    Place swag bags, lunch bags and bloody mar bar ticket on every player cart the morning of the tournament. 

    Ticket/Shirt Sales (4 volunteers)
    Approx. Time: 9:00-10:30am

    Prior to the start of the tournament, we sell tickets for the prize raffle, 50/50 raffle, mulligans, skins game and t-shirts (if in stock). A table will be setup on the #1 tee box and volunteers will sell from there. 

    Gun Raffle (1 volunteer)
    Approx. Time: 9:00-12:30am

    Prior to the tournament and for several hours into the start of the tournament, gun raffle tickets will be sold at a table in the staging area.

    Courtesy Carts (2 volunteers)
    Approx. Time: 8:45-10:30am

    Help shuttle players in the morning from the parking areas to the staging area and to and from the staging area and clubhouse.

    On-Course Ticket Sales - Raffles & Mulligans (2 volunteers)
    Approx. Time: 10:30am-1:00pm

    After the tournament kicks off, two volunteers go around the course talking to each team to see if they missed their chance to buy into the prize raffle or 50/50 raffle (or if they want to buy more!) or if they missed buying their mulligans. The Skins Game is not sold on the course. 

    Hole-in-One Witness (4 volunteers)
    Approx. Time: 10:30am-5:00pm

    The tournament has two Hole-in-One challenge holes. We need two witnesses PER hole to sit on the hole for the duration of the tournament. Witnesses explain the rules to each team and monitor each player's tee shot for a hole-in-one. If a hole-in-one does occur, volunteers are required to fill out the necessary paperwork documenting the hole-in-one.

    Raffle Ticket Makers / Drawings (3-4 volunteers)
    Approx. Time: 10:30am-2:00pm

    After the tournament kicks off, volunteers make tickets for each person that bought into the raffles. For the 50/50 raffle, one ticket is drawn. For the prize raffle, one ticket per prize is drawn and the prize labeled with the winner's name.
